This page explains how to ask Intellisea to delete your data. You do not need an Intellisea account, and you do not need to be signed in, to make a request. If someone else at your company connected an account on your behalf, or you no longer have access to the workspace, use the email route in section 3 and we will handle it.
Pick the section that matches what you want. Most people who arrive here from a social platform's Apps and Websites screen want section 1, not section 2.
If your goal is to stop Intellisea from accessing a Facebook Page, Instagram account, Google account, LinkedIn page or WordPress site, you do not need to close anything. Disconnecting the integration is enough, and it takes effect immediately.
Revoking from the platform's own settings ends our access but does not by itself remove data we have already stored. If you want that removed too, send the email described in section 3.
Owners can start this themselves. Sign in and go to Settings → Profile → Remove My Account, then follow the confirmation. When you confirm:
Self-serve closure is only offered to the owner of an organization, and only once ownership of any remaining team members has been resolved. If it is not offered to you, use section 3 — the outcome is the same.
Email client@intellisea.com with the subject Data deletion request. This is the right route if you are a team member rather than the owner, if you cannot sign in, if you never had an Intellisea login, or if you are the person whose social account or Page was connected by a colleague.
So we can find the right record without an authenticated session, please include whichever of these you have:
If we cannot match your request to a record, we will reply and ask — we will not guess, and we will not delete someone else's data on an unverified request. Requests to delete an entire organization are confirmed with the account owner before we act.
We complete deletion manually, within 30 days of receiving your request. There is no automated purge — a person carries it out — and 30 days is the outside limit rather than the usual time.
Some things happen immediately rather than waiting for that:
In the period between your request and the deletion being carried out, the account is inert: it cannot publish, it cannot spend credits, and no agent acts on it. If you asked us to close an account and change your mind before we have finished, you can reactivate it from Settings, or reply to our confirmation email and tell us to stop.
Records we are required to retain for tax, accounting and anti-fraud purposes — invoices, payment records and billing history held by us and by our payment processor — are kept for the period the law requires. They are not used for anything else. Everything else associated with the account is removed.
We reply to the address you wrote from once the deletion has been carried out. If you have not heard from us within 30 days, or you want to check on a request you have already sent, email client@intellisea.com and reference the original request.
Disconnecting an integration — whether you do it inside Intellisea or from the platform's own settings and then ask us to remove the record — removes the access token from our encrypted credential store, the integration record from our database, and the data we had cached from that account. Content that was already published to your Facebook Page, Instagram account, LinkedIn Page, Google Business Profile or website stays where it is: it is on your account, under your control, and only you can take it down. Reports and drafts previously produced inside Intellisea from that data remain in your Intellisea account unless you ask for them to be removed too, or the whole organization is deleted.
Section 3 of our Privacy Policy describes, platform by platform, exactly what we collect from Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and your website, and how long we keep it; section 6 covers retention and deletion. Our Terms & Conditions cover cancellation. Our AI & Automation Disclosures page explains what our agents can do on a connected account and how to stop them. General privacy questions can go to privacy@intellisea.com; deletion requests should go to client@intellisea.com, which is the inbox monitored for them.
