This policy sets out what you may not do with Intellisea. It exists as a separate document so that it can be read and cited on its own, but it is not a separate agreement: the same rules appear as section 3.2 of our Terms & Conditions, and if this page and the Terms ever conflict, the Terms govern.
This policy binds every user of Intellisea — the organisation that holds the account and every team member invited into it. The account owner is responsible for the conduct of everyone in their organisation.
It applies to what you put into the platform, what you instruct the agents to do, and what the platform publishes on your behalf to your website, social accounts and advertising accounts.
You may not use Intellisea to:
Because Intellisea generates content that can be indistinguishable from human work, the following are prohibited in addition to the above:
When you publish through a connected integration, you are also bound by that platform's own policies — among them the Meta Community Standards, Meta's Page, Instagram and advertising policies, the LinkedIn API Terms of Use, LinkedIn's Professional Community Policies and advertising guidelines, Google Ads policies, the Google Business Profile content guidelines, and Microsoft's terms of use.
Two of those platforms impose rules that bear directly on how you use this product. Meta and LinkedIn both prohibit the use of their APIs to publish content that is deceptive as to its origin, to scrape or store profile data beyond what the integration provides for, and to re-use data obtained from one connected account for the benefit of another. Do not instruct the agents to do any of these things, and do not use the reply and messaging features to send bulk unsolicited messages.
Those platforms enforce their rules independently of us. A breach there can cost you the integration, the advertising account, or the connected profile, whatever this policy says, and we cannot restore access to a third-party account we do not control.
Where we believe this policy has been breached, we may take any of the following steps, proportionate to what has happened:
We will normally give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem first. We may act without prior notice where the breach is unlawful, exposes us or a third party to immediate liability, threatens the security or integrity of the platform, or risks the loss of a platform integration for other customers.
Suspension does not by itself entitle you to a refund; section 6.3 and section 13.1 of the Terms cover refunds and cancellation.
If you believe Intellisea is being used in breach of this policy — including content published in a customer's name that infringes your rights — report it to client@intellisea.com. Please include the URL or account concerned and a description of the problem.
